It was really really nice stay, I enjoyed great food.

my room included central heating, a seating area, and a writing desk. the staff was affable and superfriendly at all levels. decent location, galileo galilei airport was 0.5 miles away. moreover, the area was really quiet.

Great spot super close to the main attractions and the famous Leaning Tower. We snagged a room with a balcony - perfect for kicking back and taking in the views. the staff were really helpful and friendly. 👍.

The location is great, right next to authentic Tuscan food, beaches, and the main attractions.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the city center and major attractions. the staff was friendly and provided us with good recommendations for local restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi connection.

the walls were very thin, so we could hear every conversation and noise in the neighboring rooms.

This hotel is conveniently placed in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay away from the bustling city center. Its close proximity to the famous leaning tower of Pisa is absolutely amazing. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. I particularly enjoyed the free WiFi access and the availability of basic amenities like a kitchen area with a cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient, and informative, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the two fans provided in the room were a welcome relief during hot days.

Our stay at La Coccinella was amazing! Yana, the delightful Russian host, made us feel right at home. She fulfilled all our requests with a smile. The location was perfect - close to the tower but in a peaceful area. The property was clean and tidy, with a charming rustic feel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony with a great view. Excellent few nights!

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is amazing, very close to the leaning tower of Pisa in a calm neighborhood. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms have high ceilings, which adds to the atmosphere of the place.

All was up to par.

Our xmas stay was great! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the guest house. The owners were very welcoming and offered us a lot of helpful information about the area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. the bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

We did notice a lot of rules around the guest house which felt a bit off-putting. We also found the shared bathroom a bit inconvenient, but luckily we didn't have to wait too long to use it.
